About Kora
We’ve built an EAP before. This time we started where the harm starts.
Most EAPs work like an ambulance: they arrive after the damage. We built Kora because, in a reorganisation, the harm usually starts in a conversation nobody rehearsed. So we put prevention and care in one program: leaders ready before the hard conversations, and fast, funded care for anyone who still struggles.

Former CEO of a digital EAP, exited 2021. Former Chief Product Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at IBH Solutions (US health tech). Published in Q1 peer-reviewed journals, with multiple research awards. Chair of the Board at ARC (Australian charity). Designed the clinical standard every Kora conversation is scored against.
